RETURNS POLICY

If you're not completely happy with any items of your order, you may return them to us within 7 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. By emailing [email protected] and requesting our Returns form and returning it with goods in original packaging. Providing they are returned in a re-sell able condition which is at our discretion. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without any postal labels (please send it inside additional packaging).

 Shoe box fees will be deducted from any refund when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box. 

£2.50 will automatically be deducted from your refund on any returned clothing. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Items ordered during a sale/discounted offers are reduced to clear and therefore we are unable to offer you a refund.

Where an exchange is required we advise that you send the goods back for a refund using the Returns form and order your new product through our website.

Unfortunately and without exception we are unable to accept any returns on soft soled baby footwear, tights and socks. Unless your order is incomplete, incorrect or includes defective items. We strongly recommended that you use recorded delivery as we are unable to accept any responsibility for postage fees or for items damaged, lost or stolen on their way back to us.

Faulty items will only be accepted if you have been given a Returns Number by us please e-mail [email protected] photographs which clearly show the fault and we will e-mail you a Returns Number when authorised which should then be written on your returns from.

Please note your return items must be delivered to us within this time frame. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.
